Q: What is your average List-price-to-sales-price Ratio?


A: It all depends on the available buyers & properties. If a house is listed correctly, it won’t stay in the market for long.

Our record list-price-to-sales-price is 15 minutes


Q: What is the best marketing strategy you use for the client’s needs?


A: We spread flyers & pamphlets on a daily basis & put up boards in the areas the agents work in.

We have recently also upgrade our website & created a Facebook page to identify with more people on a personal level.

We also count on previous clients referring us to other people – word-of-mouth is just as vital as boards & pamphlets.

Our goal is always to try and get exactly what the client is looking for & try to go with them every step of the way – because buying a property is a huge decision in life, sometimes even the biggest decision a person will ever make.

Q: May I review documents beforehand that I will be asked to sign agreement


A: Of course. This is a MUST when signing an Offer To Purchase. No use signing something that you don’t understand…


Q: How will you help a client find other professionals?


A: We have contact details of relevant companies that the client can use (whether it is attorneys or loan application contacts)


Q: How much do you charge?


A: There is no fixed amount we work on – it all depends on the individual property & how much commission the agent is requiring. In the end, getting the property sold it the main purpose.


Q: What kind of guarantee do you offer?


A: We guarantee good service & long-lasting relationships with our clients. If our ace agents can’t get a property sold, then it will probably never sell.


Q: Of the homes you sol LAST YEAR (as a seller’s agent), what was the average number of days between the original listing and an accepted offer?


A: +- 10 days


Q: Can you recommend service providers who can help me obtain a mortgage, make home repairs, and so on?

A: We would recommend Steyn Kinnear (Transfer attorneys) any day – we have been working with them for years; their service is great.


Q: How will you keep me informed about the progress of client’s transaction?


A: Our attorneys keep the client regularly informed of the process. If all goes smoothly, registration should take place within 2 months of receiving an approved bond.

As the agents are also kept in the loop with the progress, are they always available to assist. They will also ensure to introduce buyers and sellers to each other. We want all parties to walk away happy and at ease with the sale
